Hey Realtors, let’s talk about the touchy subject… lenders.

Let me ask you: do you feel like finding a reliable lender is one of the hardest parts of this business? Because I’m raising my hand and saying yes!

After years in the industry, I can honestly say it feels like lenders have been on rotation. I’ve worked with brokers and lenders, experienced the highs and lows, and navigated situations where deals fell apart because the necessary steps weren’t handled upfront.

I’ve also dealt with lenders who avoided taking responsibility when things went sideways. These situations not only put stress on you as the agent but also jeopardize the trust and confidence your clients place in you.

Let’s face it—it’s tough out here. Finding a lender who’s consistent, communicative, and dependable is one of the biggest challenges we face in real estate. A great lender can make all the difference in your transactions, while an unreliable one can cost you time, energy, and deals.
